Our family house is situated in a quiet hillside on the sunny side of the Glemmtal valley  - 4 km away from the center of Saalbach-Hinterglemm. The nearest cable railway of Saalbach-Hinterglemm-Leogang-Fieberbrunn is 800 meters away. Free Parking available!

The Skicirkus "Saalbach-Hinterglemm-Leogang-Fieberbrunn" offers more than 200 km best prepared slopes, 55 modern cable cars, 10 km Cross country, Fun-Parks, Halfpipes, WM-racing slopes, Carving pists, Mogule pists, Snow Parks and flut light pists.

All kitchens completely equipped incl. 4-plate-Ceran-field, Microwave, fridge with freezer, Filter-coffee-machine, water cooker, Toaster, corner seat or table with chairs, Smart-TV in the living room, balcony on the sunny side, sofa beds in extraordinary quality. 
1 parking spot per apartment directly in front of the house available. Baby bed free of charge incl. Bed clothes for kids 0 – 2 years. Please sign in (max. Number of persons can only be increased by a baby in apartment type A6).

Our price include:

Electricity, water, central heating, WIFI, bed clothes, dish- and kitchen towels.

1 shower- and hand towel per person / week (a new set during the week costs EUR 2,00).

Waste disposal – we assume careful separated waste!

Sauna in house. On time free Sauna included in every winter booking! Current rates according to notice.
Ski room und Skiboot-Dryer. In summer time we offer barbecue, table tennis, darts, kids outdoor games and sunbanks on every balcony. Bikes can be stored and locked in our garage!
